主要職責（不同崗位的職責將有不同）：

1. 協助各業務部門佈展及撤展

2. 於預展及拍賣會舉行期間接待來賓、處理突發工作

3. 協助各部門如行政部、財務部等處理文書工作

*是次拍賣會的培訓預計於9月21日舉行（確實時間待定），獲聘的應徵者必須出席該培訓。

^能長時間及連續工作多天、操流利廣東話、普通話、英語者將獲優先考慮。

暫定工作時間如下：

10 月 3 日（星期四）：上午 09:00 - 晚上 24:00（佈展）

10月 4 日（星期五）：上午 09:00 - 晚上 21:30（佈展）

10月 5 日（星期六）：上午 09:00 - 晚上 21:30（預展）

10月 6 日（星期日）：上午 09:00 - 晚上 21:30（預展）

10月 7 日（星期一）：上午 09:00 - 晚上23:00或直至當日的拍賣會結束（拍賣）

10月 8 日（星期二）：上午 09:00 - 晚上23:00或直至當日的拍賣會結束（拍賣）

10月 9 日（星期三）：上午 09:00 - 下午16:00或直至當日的拍賣會結束（拍賣）

待遇：時薪HK$60.00、交通津貼每天HK$30.00、膳食津貼（根據工作時間）

出勤獎金：獲受聘者如可全期工作（所有預展及拍賣日），並在整個拍賣會期間沒有遲到、早退或缺席記錄，可額外獲HK$200.00。

額外獎金：獲受聘者若工作表現良好，可有機會獲得最高HK$400.00的額外獎金。

Major duties (may include but are not limited to the following):

To assist in exhibition set-up and dismantle
To provide professional client service during the preview and auction period and assist in handling ad hoc issue
To provide clerical support to different departments

*There will be a briefing session on 21^st September (details will be confirmed later). All successful applicants must attend this briefing session.

^ Applicants who can work for long hours in consecutive days, and can speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English would be an advantage.

Tentative working dates:

3^rd October (Thursday): 09:00 – 24:00 (Set-up)

4^th October (Friday): 09:00 – 21:30 (Set-up)

5^th October (Saturday): 09:00 – 21:30 (Preview)

6^th October (Sunday): 09:00 – 21:30 (Preview)

7^th October (Monday): 09:00 – 23:00 or until the end of the auctions (Auctions)

8^th October (Tuesday): 09:00 – 23:00 or until the end of the auctions (Auctions)

9^th October (Wednesday): 09:00 – 16:00 or until the end of the auctions (Auctions)

Attendance Bonus: Successful applicants who can work for the whole period (all preview and auction days) will be able to earn extra HK$200.00 with perfect attendance during the Autumn Auctions 2019, i.e. no absences, no late or left early records.

Performance Bonus: Successful applicants with outstanding performance will have the opportunity to earn up to HK$400.00 as an extra bonus.
